Some of the designs on the galleries of this website were created in a virtual world called Openlife, similar to Second Life, where people interact with others through the use of an avatar and use the resources of the virtual world to create content that they, as individuals, could not easily create in real life.
Whilst inworld content was designed to remain inworld and given away or sold to others , or transferrable to other virtual worlds, the emphasis here has been on using some content from that virtual world and producing real life content as designs on gifts and products that can be purchased and worn or used by real people.
